How can I place an order?


Our supremely comfortable shoes are available online from this website. Alternatively you can call 0844 225 8222 to speak to one of our advisors who will be happy to help you.

Do I have to register to place an order?


Registering an account lets you enjoy quicker and easier shopping and enables you to keep track of your orders or change your details any time of the day. If you do not wish to create an account you can choose ‘Express Checkout’ to go through the checkout without registering.

How can I change my personal details?


Under ‘My Account’ you can access and change all the personal information we have about you. You can add or remove addresses, change your contact details or tell us how you prefer us to contact you.

How can I pay for my order?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Switch and Delta cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to authorization and validation checks by the card issuer.

When do you charge my card?


If your card is authorised we take payment as soon as your order is placed. We send you an email confirming and acknowledging the details of your order. This email does not confirm the acceptance of your order.

What should I do if my card is not going through?


Please contact us and we will do our best to find out what went wrong. If you are sure that the card details you entered are correct and the transaction is still not authorized please contact your card issuer.

Can I order from outside the UK?


Unfortunately we are not yet able to fulfil orders from outside the United Kingdom. Please go to Store Locator to find a stockist near you. Don’t forget to sign up for our email newsletter so that you are the first to know when we start trading in your area!

Do you have a shop?


We do not have a store dedicated to the Anatomic & Co. and Anatomic Prime brands however our shoes are stocked worldwide. Please click here to find a stockist near you.

Unfortunately it is not our policy to adjust prices when a sale is promoted after you have placed your order.

What can I do if I need to amend my order?


You can contact one of our friendly advisors on 0844 225 8222. Please note that if your order has already been despatched we will not be able to amend your order or change delivery address.

When can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order 7 working days beginning with the day after you receive your goods. You will need to contact us in writing within this period quoting the order number and we will issue you with a full refund. You must return the whole order with the original packaging at your expense. If we do not receive the cancelled order back from you we may arrange collection of the item(s) at your expense.

Where do you deliver to?


Currently we deliver to UK addresses only. Please go to Store Locator to find a stockist near you. Don’t forget to sign up for our email newsletter so that you are the first to know when we start trading in your area!

When do you despatch my order?


We aim to despatch orders we receive on weekdays before 2pm, the same day, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch.

How will I know that you have despatched my order?


We will send you an email to confirm despatch of your order.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?


Currently we deliver to UK addresses only and we offer free delivery on every UK order. We will normally despatch you order on the same day if you place it before 2pm. An email will be sent to you with the day and two hours delivery slot. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only and will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that delivery may take up to 10 days

What happens if I am out?


Our courier will leave you a card to inform you how you can obtain your parcel. If you have any problems or questions regarding your parcel please do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens if the item I would like to order is out of stock?


You can request us to contact you as soon as new stock arrives. Simply send us an email specifying the model, colour and size and we do the rest.

No. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only.

Can I track my parcel?


Unfortunately we do not yet offer this service. Please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our advisors will track your item for you.

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?


Our shoes are renowned for high quality; only the finest materials are used and they are 100% handmade. We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault and we will make sure we put things right. Anatomic Shoes will pay for delivery on any faulty item(s) returned to us.

I have received an incorrect item.


Please contact us as soon as you discover the problem and we will make sure we put things right. Anatomic Shoes will pay for delivery on any item delivered to you by mistake.

What is your returns policy?


You can return any unwanted product within 30 days of receipt. We only accept unworn returns in a resalable condition with the original packaging unless the goods are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is obvious that it has been worn. The postage costs associated with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit. It is recommended to keep proof of postage. Refunds will be made within 30 days to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction. Exchanges may take up to 10 working days. Exchanges are sent via free delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

What material are the shoes made of?


All our shoes are manufactured with soft sheep skin lining, with unique tumble grain silky leather uppers and pure rubber Anatomic Gel® soles that allow maximum comfort and cushioned walking.

Do you sell any shoes for wider feet?


Our shoes are available in Medium, Wide and Extra Wide fittings. You can view the shoes available in your fitting using the filters in our Men’s Shoes and Women’s Shoes departments.

What size should I order?


Simply go to Sizing & Fitting for our size comparison charts and measurements. If you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer larger sizes?


Most of our men’s shoes come in continental sizes 39 to 47 however some styles are also available in sizes 48, 49 and 50. Our ladies range is available from continental size 36 up to 42. You can view the shoes available in your size using the filters in our Men’s Shoes and Women’s Shoes departments.

Do you offer orthopaedic shoes, orthotic insoles?


Although our shoes provide maximum comfort we do not use insoles that are designed to support orthopaedic special requirements. Some of our customers fit their own orthotic insoles in our shoes. Please contact your podiatrist for further advice.
